17 year old Layla Becker is like any other citizen of Panem. Trying to survive. Layla’s past is a secret spun into a web of lies and cover ups. Her past carries more burden than any other citizen of District 3 can even bare. Since she was fourteen years old she has been taking care of herself, with no family to fall back on. The town still thinks her mother is still alive but thats a lie she has spun, with only one other person knowing her truth.
